- Phone number (when you call our AI phone agents or submit it in a form)
- Business name and details (when requesting a demo or custom build)
- Messages and text content (when using our AI chat or text tools)
- Voice recordings (when interacting with our AI phone agents — see Section 5)
Information collected automatically:
- Browser type, IP address, device information
- Pages visited, time on site, referral source
- Cookies (Google Analytics tracking ID: G-0MBVM92446)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve our AI tools and services
- To respond to your inquiries and demo requests
- To process payments and deliver purchased services
- To send you updates about your account or services you've purchased (not marketing spam)
- To analyze website usage and improve our products
3. AI-Powered Services
Our products use artificial intelligence. When you interact with our AI tools:
- Your inputs (text, voice, images) are processed by AI models to generate responses
- AI interactions may be logged for quality improvement and troubleshooting
- We use third-party AI providers (Anthropic/Claude, Vapi) to power our tools — your data is shared with these providers under their respective privacy policies
- AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate — see our Terms of Service
4. Voice Calls and Recordings
When you interact with our AI phone agents:
- Calls are recorded by our voice AI provider (Vapi.ai)
- Recordings are stored in Vapi's cloud infrastructure
- Call transcripts may be generated and stored for service delivery
- You will be informed at the start of each call that you are speaking with an AI assistant
- California users: recordings comply with California's two-party consent law. By continuing the call after disclosure, you consent to recording.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting), Formspree (forms), Google Analytics (analytics), Vapi (voice AI), Anthropic (text AI), Stripe (payments when applicable)
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or government request
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data Retention
- Form submissions: retained until you request deletion
- Voice recordings: retained per Vapi's default retention policy
- Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics default (14 months)
- Account data: retained while your account is active, deleted upon request

California residents (CCPA/CPRA):
- Right to know what personal information we collect
- Right to delete your personal information
- Right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we don't sell it)
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
EU/UK residents (GDPR):

8. Cookies
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, secure hosting on Cloudflare's global network, and access controls on our systems. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
